Our program provides crisis management, assessment and treatment services for adults ages 50 and older. The multidisciplinary team provides: specialized treatment that may include medication management; attention to medical issues, which includes daily rounding by a physician; and consultation for physical, occupational and speech therapy as needed and ordered by a physician.

Milestones offers treatment administered by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed therapists, addiction counselors and recreational therapists.

Psychiatric assessments may be necessary if an individual has trouble with:

• Memory loss
• Mood disturbances
• Depression or anxiety
• Coping with losses and transitions
• Activities of daily living
• Substance use

When the older adult in your life needs help, we offer evidence-based treatment in a structured environment. Inpatient treatment may include individual, group, family and recreational therapy. Our goal is to stabilize patients so they can return home or to their facility as soon as clinically possible.
