Adult Programs

Treatment for adults who are experiencing emotional or psychiatric problems is provided in a structured and therapeutic environment. The Adult Treatment Program is tailored to the patient’s individual needs, enabling them to more effectively cope with their emotions and behaviors. Our therapeutic services provide a warm and nurturing environment for individuals and families in crisis to achieve optimal mental health. The staff members in our mental health facility treat every individual with dignity and respect. Our goal is to effectively care for all individuals who take part in our psychiatric treatment programs.

Our Adult Treatment Program consists of several modalities, including:

Adult Compass Day Treatment

Compass is Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare’s intensive Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and outpatient day program for adult patients. This Medicare-certified program is the only one of its kind in the Jackson area.

Adult Outpatient Program

Compass, our adult outpatient program, is a crucial component of Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare’s treatment continuum. The program consists of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides patients with supportive treatment as they work to re-engage their life. It is less restrictive than traditional inpatient, while still maintaining a structured treatment environment.

Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a great way for patients to ease their way back into life following an outpatient stay or to help avoid inpatient treatment.

Substance Abuse Treatment

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare offers comprehensive treatment programs for patients living with chemical dependency as well as co-occurring mood and psychological disorders.

Adult Clinical Trials

Many individuals that need treatment for a mental illness choose to participate in clinical trials. Clinical trials are a way to try medication that will treat a specific illness at little to no cost. Mental health clinical trials have been vital to the medications in existence currently for treatment.
